Deerbrooke Amenity Center - Design/Build project located in Leander, TX. Project was a collaborative effort between Randolph-Todd Development, Crown Properties, Lee Ray Architect, AYS Consultants, Lehmann Engineering, LandDev Consulting, & Beacon Construction Company. Project included a neighborhood entry, Clubhouse, Fitness Center, Splash Pad, Swimming Pool, Playscape & Pavilion, and landscape features.
