A multi-building neighborhood Amenity Center & Clubhouse in the North Austin neighborhood of Northwoods @ Avery Ranch constructed for Trio Development.  Architectural Design provided by MAI Architects.  Project consists of a large resort style pool winding through a heavily wooded lot, splash pad, large clubhouse/meeting room, pool restroom building, outdoor cooking/BBQ area, youth playscape, rainwater recovery and irrigation system, drought tolerant landscaping, outdoor seating and fireplace, masonry screen walls, timber trellis structures, underground utilities, and paved parking lot.  Project was designed and built in a manner consistent with City of Austin's Green Building Gold standards.  Photography provided by Carlos Barron Photography.
