Kissing Tree Social Club

Resident’s Social Club (San Marcos, TX)

New ground up Social Club for the residents of the Kissing Tree Community constructed for Brookfield Residential.  Architectural Design was provided by Marsh & Associates.  Civil Design by Pape-Dawson Engineers, Structural Engineering by Lehmann Engineering, Inc., MEP Engineering by MS2 Consulting Engineers, and Landscape Architecture designed by RVI Planning.
