Palmera Ridge Amenity Center

Clubhouse / Amenity Center (Leander, TX)

A new neighborhood Amenity Center built for The Blake Magee Company in the residential development of Palmera Ridge in Leander, TX.  Architectural Design was provided by Ryan Street & Associates, Landscape Architecture provided by Pharis Design.  The project consisted of a Community Clubhouse building with kitchen, restroom facilities, and meeting/living room oriented towards the pool area with expansive glass allowing for plenty of natural light and a large covered wrap-around porch.  Exterior amenities included a new parking lot, public utilities, site lighting, landscaping, a resort style pool, and a pool pavilion.
